100835 - AI-Enabled Project Management Workshop
Overview
This three-day, practitioner-led workshop connects core project management discipline with modern AI-enabled operating models. Participants build a strong foundation in scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management, then learn how traditional project management knowledge areas, processes, clusters, and artifacts become integral components of an AI-enabled project management practice.
Rather than focusing on tools or automation, the program emphasizes human-in-the-loop playbooks — repeatable workflows that augment judgment, improve consistency, and create reusable decision logic. Participants run a working playbook, guided by a PM persona and leave with tangible artifacts they can immediately reuse
This course is designed for organizations that want practical exposure to AI in project delivery without jumping prematurely into automation or system integration.
