Overview

ACQUIREc Pediatric Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy is an 8-hour introductory, evidence-based micro-credentialing course on the ACQUIREc signature form of (PCIMT).  The course content includes the history, foundational evidence, key behavioral learning techniques, and an overview of the ACQUIRE Framework used to operationalize and maximize the process of clinical delivery for occupational and physical therapists, therapy assistants, and students.  This course bridges the gap between research and practice, and is a beginning-level credentialing process. The course can also serve as a first step in a more advanced-level certification pathway for therapists interested in mastering high-intensity, structured neurorehabilitation for children.
