The Ridge and Valley Chapter of the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) seeks to advance uncrewed systems technology and to raise awareness of the region as a center of technical expertise. An essential element in the advancement of uncrewed systems is partnership. Of course, robotic systems are increasingly interconnected with each other and with the people who use them; these partnerships are driving critical advances in autonomy and robotics. But human partnerships are also critical. Research partnerships spawn transformational new technologies. Workforce development partnerships provide a reliable flow of adaptable, well-trained workers. Economic development partnerships create conditions to accelerate commercial growth. Come meet with us this Fall in the beautiful New River Valley as we discuss the latest advances in uncrewed systems and the partnerships that make them possible.

Directions From I-81: Take Exit 118B towards Blacksburg/460 West. Exit the 460 Bypass at the Prices Fork Rd/Downtown exit, Route 412 East. Turn right at the first traffic light into hotel entrance.

Program Schedule: 
Tuesday, October 24 
Sessions: 8:00am-5:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm- 1:00pm
Reception: 5:00-7:30pm 

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. A $30 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email or by initiating a drop request through the student portal in our online registration system. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date. 

In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
