Overview

This is the 35th edition of the Transportation Construction Management Institute (TCMI). TCMI grew out of a number of discussions between representatives of Virginia Tech, the Virginia Department of Transportation, and the Virginia Road and Transportation Builders' Association (now the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance).
