Overview

Does your business struggle with continuous improvement? Are you looking for tools and methods to improve morale, improve processes, increase quality and drive out costs? The Introduction to Continuous Improvement Methods certificate course covers Six Sigma, Lean and Process Improvement methodologies and explores how these approaches complement one another.

Participants will learn about the Purpose, Process and People aspects of continuous improvement tools and approaches, about methods to look for process defects and about tools for improving teamwork. Several non-statistical tools will be taught in enough detail that participants can begin to apply them in their work.   This program is targeted for both associates and managers who have an interest in applying continuous improvement to their daily work.
