Overview

In nonprofit organizations, the mission is everything.  Solving big problems, addressing chronic needs, alleviating suffering, proclaiming a message, or educating your constituents—the mission is what draws people together.  Yet, when we join together to solve a problem, we need to manage the relationships between one another.  Adaption-Innovation theory and its associated instrument, the KAI, can help improve the bottom line and advance mission success.
