Overview

This is the how to make the cinnamon rolls. Everything a facilitator needs to effectively create and run workshops for teams.
 
As opposed to just knowing the tools, this session will teach you all factors which go into creating effective workshops: Building an agenda, selecting the right tools, managing the personalities in the room, creating an after action report, and what to do after the workshop,
 
The learning doesn’t stop on day 3. All participants will be given access to our 16+ hours of content featuring an in depth toolkit, facilitation tactics, and our hit show “Don’t Take it Persona-ly”.
 
This isn’t about one methodology. It’s not about Design Thinking, Six Sigma, Agile, etc. It’s about effectively guiding a group of individuals to a successful outcome, leveraging the knowledge & abilities of each to enhance the final result. It’s about becoming an expert in guiding innovation and change.
