Overview

Women Impact Virginia: Embracing Your Voice will gather women from across the region to network, learn from one another, and explore the unique assets and challenges of our region. The program aims to showcase the skills and tools needed to find success as a woman in leadership in the rural context.

Embracing Your Voice will focus on teaching and encouraging women to find and embrace their voice(s): whether it’s their actual speaking voice or their inner voice, work voice, mom voice, daughter voice, friend voice—developing a deeper belief and confidence in what we think, feel and say in all aspects of our lives.

We have an outstanding lineup of speakers who will discuss how the culture, dialect, music and history of past courageous women in our region laid the groundwork for any successes we as women realize today.
