ON-SITE REGISTRATION:

Registration desk will be located in the main lobby.
Sunday, November 17th: 4:00 pm– 6:00 pm
Monday, November 18th: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Tuesday, November 19th: 7:00 am – 11:00 am
Each participant will be provided with a name tag and program materials.

Lodging:
Your registration number for lodging is your student ID # (ex. X0123456). You can find this number next to your name in the pdf attached to your email receipt. You will enter this number in the field that asks for your Registration ID # when entering your personal information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email or by initiating a drop request through the student portal in our online registration system. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.

Additional Information: Cancellations must be received by October 31, 2024. There are no refunds after this date. Cancellation fees are $100 for a single booth or $150 for a double booth.
