Online Accreditation Course Timetable
The online KAI Accreditation Course is offered over the course of nine weeks, in a blended learning format, with times for live discussion and times for studying on your own. It offers 35 instructional hours, in addition to pre-course work, and activities throughout the course.
This course design offers flexibility for you; however, keep in mind there are scheduled deadlines to maintain progress in the course, and continual work on your final project. Lessons are completed in sequence, with each building on your learning in preparation for the next lesson.

Part 1 – Online (April 13 through April 24): Foundation of Adaption-Innovation Theory
Study-on-your-own (Required Completion)
- Complete 10 lessons (On-demand videos and reading)
- Complete 2 progress checks
Part 2 – Online (April 28, 29, & 30): Preparation and Practice Using the KAI
- Online Instructor-Led Live Sessions– Required Attendance: (all times listed as Eastern Time EDT)

- April 29, Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- April 30, Thursday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Part 3 – Online (May 1 through May 15): Evidence Supporting Adaption-Innovation Theory and the KAI
Study-on-your-own (Required Completion)
- Complete 5 lessons (On-demand videos and reading)
- One progress check, and one discussion thread
- One-on-one check-ins with course instructor and continual guidance to completion of final assignment.
Part 4 – Online (May 18 through May 29): Group and Leadership Applications
- Study-on-your-own (Required Completion)
• Complete 7 lessons (On-demand videos and reading)
• One progress check, two case studies, and submission of final assignment

Share Insights Learned, and Next Steps for Sound Practice
