2022 Small, Woman-owned and Minority-owned (SWaM) Vendor Fair, sponsored by the Virginia Tech Procurement Department/Supplier Opportunity, is going back in-person on Wednesday, September 7, 2022!  This year’s event will be held at the Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center from 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Vendor check-in opens at 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Each vendor will receive two lunches, and can register for up to two additional lunches at $20 each. Only 100 lunch spots will be available. In previous years we were SOLD OUT, so please register early!

Directions: From I-81: Take Exit 118B towards Blacksburg/460 West. Exit the 460 Bypass at the Prices Fork Rd/Downtown exit, Route 412 East. Turn right at the first traffic light into hotel entrance.

Program Schedule: 
Vendor Check-In: 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Lunch: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Vendor Fair: 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. A $30 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email or by initiating a drop request through the student portal in our online registration system. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date. 

In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.

Additional Information: Vendor registrants will receive an information packet via e-mail prior to the event. Hollins Exposition Services is providing the display booths and may contact you offering additional services. Registration covers two representatives and includes electric hookup, skirted table, two chairs, parking, WiFi access, and complimentary coffee and beverages.
