We are excited to invite you to the 13th Annual Future World Changers in the Academy (FWCA) conference, April 10-13, 2025 in Arlington, VA.

This is a premier event designed to empower faculty members, administrators, post-docs, and graduate students in higher education. Join more than 600 people, at this conference that provides a unique platform for professional and educational growth through meaningful networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing with colleagues from across the nation.

Fee Information

If your registration will be sponsored by your institution, please ensure you receive your complimentary registration code before proceeding with your registration. Registering without the sponsorship code, and later needing to re-register or switch registration methods will incur a cancellation fee.

We are pleased to provide on-site promotional items, such as conference bags, to all participants during check-in. However, to guarantee the availability of these materials, please complete your registration before the registration deadline, on March 14, 2025. Registrations submitted after this date are not guaranteed to receive promotional items.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. A $30 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email or by initiating a drop request through the student portal in our online registration system. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.

Additional Information: No refunds will be issued for sponsorships or vendor booth purchases. If you are a vendor or a sponsor with an exhibitor booth, please be aware that overnight storage is not secured at the hotel. Storing your items on your booth overnight should be done at your own risk.
