Overview

This online workshop for veterinarians, hosted by the Center for Public Veterinary Medicine, is designed to help veterinarians understand the breadth of opportunities in veterinary medicine and how to create a new career path. While the program emphasizes career opportunities within industry, it also addresses key aspects of federal, state, and alternative career paths. Invited speakers include federal and state veterinarians, corporate and industry veterinarians, and more.

Topics: career and self-assessment, resume building, job searching, working with a recruiter, professional networking, career opportunities, and other key career transition issues.

Format: short lectures, individual activities, group discussions, and expert panels.

Platform: online via Zoom - details will be sent upon registration
