Why do some teams flourish and others fizzle? Often times teams are composed of highly intelligent experts in their disciplines, and have the greatest of intentions to collaborate and seek success. Yet, these same teams may fail in being able to work together. A tool that can be used to predict team dynamics is the KAI (Kirton’s Adaption-innovation Inventory), which measures if someone prefers to solve problems more adaptively or more innovatively. This 90-minute long interactive online Zoom workshop explores how the KAI can work for you and improve your team’s success in collaborating together.
