To ensure your payment is processed in a timely manner W9s must be received by March 22, 2021. You should receive your payment within 30-45 days after all documents have been submitted. In the case that you do not receive your payment by mid-May please let me know to get this resolved ASAP.
Please note that failure to turn in forms by specified date will delay your reimbursement. Notify me directly if you have any conflicts that prevent you from meeting this deadline.
A. Complete the form EXCEPT for the field containing your Social Security number. Per Virginia Tech policy please include a wet signature – documents with a typed signature will not be accepted.
B. If you prefer to email the form instead please password protect your file and email W9 to Ivan G. Pancheco at ivan19@vt.edu. In a separate email send the password.
C. If you prefer to fax the document, please send Ivan G. Pancheco an email at ivan19@vt.edu once the fax has been sent to 540.231.9886. We are working remotely so this will let Mr. Pancheco know the status of your W9.
