This 2-hour virtual program will focus on recent and developing perspectives on organizational diversity including topics such as demographic representation, workforce diversity, experiences of workplace climate, decision-making models, and other related issues.  

The session will be particularly helpful for supervisors and mid-level managers seeking practical knowledge and skills to address and respond to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
