Overview

We are all agents of change. We are each also members of various groups and sub-groups in our teams and organizations that impact where we are positioned in comparison to positional leadership and influences on cognitive climate. Being “in” or “out” of these groups affords both opportunities and challenges as they are navigated and managed.

As KAI practitioners, we are often asked about various ways to consider and apply the problem solving styles of those we work with. Understanding AC1, AC2, and AC3 positions within teams and organizations is advantageous throughout the life cycle of various problems and projects.

In this webinar, KAI course instructor and advanced practitioner, Dr. Megan Seibel, will offer insight and information valuable in assisting others with leveraging their problem solving style across different settings as agents of change.
