Description

In nonprofit organizations, the mission is everything.  Solving big problems, addressing chronic needs, alleviating suffering, proclaiming a message, or educating your constituents—the mission is what draws people together.  Yet, when we join together to solve a problem, we need to manage the relationships between one another.  Adaption-Innovation theory and its associated instrument, the KAI, can help improve the bottom line and advance mission success. Whether educational, health care, religious, social service, or other charitable organizations, every nonprofit leader can benefit from the insight that A-I theory and the KAI provide.
