Only 15 participants are accepted for this intimate 5-day class designed for brewers, entrepreneurs, and connoisseurs who wish to understand the essentials of opening a craft brewery.

Lodging: A room block is being held at the Hotel Roanoke for the nights of January 17-21, 2022, rooms are $122 plus tax. For reservations please contact the hotel directly at 540-985-5900 or toll-free at 866-594-4722 between the hours of 8 am and 5:30 pm Monday - Friday and ask for the Business of Brewing room block. The deadline to make a reservation is January 7, 2022.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will begin at 8 am at the Hotel Roanoke and afternoons will be spent at a host brewery. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on these days. Transportation may be provided to host breweries dependent on COVID regulations. 

Wednesday will be a one-day internship at a host brewery to be assigned at a later date. You will be on your own for transportation and lunch this day.
