Lodging: A room block is being held at the Hotel Roanoke for the nights of January 27-February 1. Rooms are $111 for a single or $137 for a double plus tax. For reservations please contact the hotel directly at 540-985-5900 or toll free at 866-594-4722 between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday and ask for the Business of Brewing room block. The deadline to make a reservation is January 10, 2020.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will begin at 8am at the Hotel Roanoke and afternoons will be spent at a host brewery. Transportation will be provided to the brewery. A continental breakfast will begin at 7:30am each morning and lunch will be served.

Wednesday will be a one-day internship at a host brewery to be assigned at a later date. You will be on your own for lunch this day.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. A $85 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email or by initiating a drop request through the student portal in our online registration system. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date.
