The 21st CCLC Coordinators' Academy offers out-of-school time projects funded under Title IV, Part B, of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA) to all 21st CCLC coordinators. The Academy is mandatory for all project coordinators of grants in cohort 18 that are beginning their first year of operation in 2019-2020, as well as for those new coordinators in cohorts 16 and 17 who have not previously attended the fall academy.

Lodging/ Travel: Lodging will be funded by the Department of Education for participants traveling a distance of 50 miles or more one way on Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1. Attendees are encouraged to cover travel expenses (mileage and meals not provided at the conference) through their grants, as these costs are not assumed by the Department. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Requests for room reservations after September 9th cannot be guaranteed. No reservations should be made directly with the hotel unless the attendee is paying individually and does not wish to take advantage of the Department assuming the cost.
A limited number of rooms are available at The Williamsburg Lodge, so please register early. Once the room block is full, lodging assignments will be made at another hotel.
