Welcome HR Leaders and Professionals,

We are excited to invite you to join us at the 2024 DHRM HR Conference, Elite HR: Ignite Your Passion for Growth and Innovation!  This two-and-a-half day event will feature dynamic speakers, relevant and ground-breaking topics essential to every level of HR practitioner, and networking opportunities with your colleagues.

Our theme this year revolves around being an elite HR professional by leveraging innovation and personal growth.  Many agencies have implemented new or enhanced HR programs over the past few years, and several will provide an overview of the successes they’ve experienced.  Why reinvent the wheel when you can tailor and incorporate a peer’s program to benefit your agency?  Hear from industry experts about changing workplace and legal dynamics.  Network with peers with other state agencies to develop more collaborative relationships.  We are all strapped for resources, but great outcomes are possible when you effectively and proactively collaborate within your agency and with your peers.  Our goal is for each participant to leave the conference inspired to take your passion for HR excellence to the next level, making a positive impact on your agency, and demonstrating that you are, indeed, an elite HR professional!

Full conference:  $275.00
One Day: $150 (No group rates available)

We have made available the following group rates. Please note that groups must be from the same organization and register together using one payment option. Please have all of your group information together before you begin the registration process. Once a group has registered there is no option to register more people at the discounted rate. Group Registration Fees for Full Conference:

• 1-4 registrations from same organization: $275 per person
• 5-10 registrations from same organization: $250 per person
• 11+ registrations from same organization: $225 per person
